She had come out from B.C and pictures of Tobermory and Sauble beach hooked her on the idea of staying in the Wiarton area. We went during the peak season and every motel and hotel had their prices jacked up. Since we were on a budget, we decided on the Mile Inn. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the rooms. Very clean and well done. The location and price were perfect for our trip, and the couple who owned the Inn and Gas bar were really helpful with our stay and and answering quesitons about attractions and where to eat. This is an excellent place to stay if you are just passing through or even longer if you appreciate a nice and simple atmosphere.
